Had to replace battery due to charging problems. Leitner provided expert guidance and replaced battery under warranty a six months after its expiration. Very positive interaction with this company. Recommend Leitner products, I have a Berlin. Beautiful bike. Thank you Sales @ Leitner.

Very happy with this bike. Easy to ride and performs well. Seems to be a good quality product. The only minor complaint is that when I go over a bump the jolt causes the LCD display to turn off, disabling the motor assistance and has to be switched back on. Otherwise very pleased, good value for money.

My wife received her first Leitner fold up bike in 2015 and after 10 years of riding it without a single problem she sold it and bought a 24inch step through bike. I have the 26-inch step through bike that that I use very often. When I had a problem with my battery the service I received from the people at Leitner was outstanding they could not have been any more helpful. I can't recommend Leitner bikes and after sales service highly enough and would have no hesitation in recommending them

Purchased the Aria folding bike model. Delivery was within 5 days. Have had it less than 1 week but experience so far is great quality product and after sales support. One concern was the single gear and front drive but have been able to climb approx 10% rises with bit of personal effort at over 10kph. However the gearing means that above 25kph then pedals are going quite fast and could do with another gear but at my age of 67yrs I find this speed is about as fast as I want to safely go.

Honest review of 5 and a half years with my Leitner Milan Cruiser. We are still going strong. I recently test rode a few other brands and nothing met my needs as well in the sub $3000 price range. Customer service is fab too.

My husband and I both love our new Leitner ebikes. We have matching libelle bikes, one in black and mine is white. My husband is 69 and I am 68. They have given us a new lease of life and even easy for us to get used to. Neither of us had ridden a bike since we were in our early 30s. We got them mainly to use on our campervan trips. My husband is like a teenager and keeps disappearing. I know he’s gone for another ride when I see that his bike is gone too. We have the option to fold them which is great for the van. Recently we have been enjoying the coastal track on the south coast. We haven’t had a single problem and love every feature on the bikes. We expect to get years of pleasure and exercise with them. Cracking bike for commuters! Suspension, wheels and frame holds up to a 100kg bloke, who likes to hop kerbs at times. Hand accelerator doesn’t really aid you at all but have not unlocked it for off-road use. Good feel and balanced bike for my wife and a child seat!
Looking at getting another for me

Fantastic bike. Taken it on many 36km rides and battery level indicator barely comes off the top. Takes on steep climbs with ease. Heavier than a standard bike as expected but at 17kg it’s not much more. If you don’t need the range of an electric bike with a bigger battery this one is perfect. Highly recommended the optional bigger display. Comes with a much more convenient button unit as well.

A Top Shelf Product Leitner Tirol!! Now and again, one purchases something that is exceptional value for money. Two years ago, this 79-year-old and partner purchased two Leitner Fold up Tirols. They have both traversed several thousand kilometers taking us to places we would normally never have gone to and met extraordinary people. We were recently asked whether we would buy the same products again. Our response, "in a heartbeat". If you are in the market for a foldup E-Bike, don't hesitate. A Leitner will not disappoint.

First class bikes and after sales service – Leitner's after sales service is first class, like their bikes. The staff address customer issues immediately, they are precise and action any parts and or works as required. Absolutely fantastic after sales and bike – Can not speak more highly. Great bikes but it is the after sales service that just can not be beaten. More than reasonably priced and when I have needed after service they have always been fast in replying, clear with details and instructions and go above and beyond with customer service. I have previously bought a more expensive bike thinking the after sales would be good but I was very wrong so went with Leitner and have zero regrets . 5 stars across the board.

Great customer support – This company has one of the best support staff ever, nothing is to much trouble they have even tried to source lithium batteries to NZ for us so we can take our bikes with us, how many companies would do that, staff are very courteous and helpful.

My favourite ride ever! – I bought this bike 2nd hand so don't know what it had been put through or how many k's had been put on it prior but what a great work horse. Plenty of power and plenty of k.s in the large battery. (Slightly touchy assist, would occasionally start when I wasn't ready because my foot was resting on the pedal.) The seat was replaced with a more comfortable one so with the beaut, Dual Suspension, it was The Most Comfortable bike I've Ever ridden!

Awesome bike. Easy to put together and so much fun to ride, especially good on hills
